Each delivery is checked against documentation, inspected for condition, and photographed at intake so quantities, finishes, and potential damage are clearly recorded. Items are then labeled and entered into our system to ensure accurate tracking and smooth coordination through storage and installation.

Storage is managed at the project level to support efficiency and control. Furnishings are placed in a clean, secure environment and organized by room, phase, or installation sequence to minimize handling and reduce the risk of damage. Inventory is tracked throughout the storage period so items are accessible, accounted for, and ready when the project moves to site.

Installation logistics are coordinated to ensure projects move to site smoothly and without disruption. Items are staged in advance, loaded according to sequence, and delivered in alignment with the project schedule to support efficient installation days. We work closely with designers, builders, and installers to manage timing, access, and placement so the focus remains on execution rather than logistics.
